Making a bridge
Starting with a piece of black ebony I bought from Woodcraft.
Cutting the shoulders on the table saw.
Make a slot on the table saw for the string ramp.
Using the router guide a 3/32nd slot is cut to fit the bridge.
Next chisel the string ramp.
Starting a bevel that will round over to the other side.
Lay out and drill string holes.
Finish by chiseling, scraping and sanding.
Showing approximately where it will go on the guitar.
Finding the distance from the 12th fret to the bridge.
Using strait edges to center the saddle.
Gluing the saddle.
