Glue Board
Lay out on 3/4 inch ply wood.
I’m adding the neck to make sure i get the alinement nice and strait.
The side is used to trace out a second line.
Dividers are used to mark off 7/8th increments around the perimeter.
4 inch holes are cut and small holes are drilled.
L hooks are screwed in.
The L hooks now keep the sides in a place ensuring symmetry.
Top in place.
Just a few rubber bans hold it nicely in place.
This is a good time to do a little flattening. The light show’s what needs to be done.
Sand paper on the board until you are dead flat.
More rubberbands.
Access holes let me see whats going on inside.
